Superworm food?

Is there such a thing? I went to the web site where I bought them, but all I found under superworms was bran. Is that what they eat? the container they are in looks low in soil or what ever is in there. Does anyone have a clue for me?
Thanks

I put them mostly in bran, but mix in some fish food (my pet store feeds them Aquadine, a fish food you purchase in bulk; I use whatever I have on hand), chop up a few raisins or dried cherries, some carrot slices for moisture. Keep them at room temperature, not in the fridge like other worms (you already know this).

I'm curious, is Aquadine high in Vit. A?

I have a "colony" of superworms in my turtle cage...they like a piece of rotting wood and they eat the same "salad" I feed to the turtles...the same things that I give to the crickets..dandelions, kale, collards, squash, endive, escarole, zucchini, carrot, sweet potato, etc.

The "colony" has been there for years.

ya petsmart sells them in oats....like a container you buy fishing worms in. just not soild...but oats...and a carrot or potatoe in there for the gutload
