My girl likes superworms so she gets them a lot. Now sometimes they manage to escape, and turn into these big black beetles. Now she loves to eat these will snap them right up. I remember once she was asleep and when I walked up to her cage she opened her eyes seen one of these beetles, and pow it was gone. So her lies the question is it ok to let her eat these?

It is okay just not more than a couple per feeding (aka dont use it as a staple) because they have a hard exoskeleton that is harder to digest. You should keep them all in a bin with bran flakes for a week and then just keep the bin in your closet and after a couple months you should have a hundred or two baby supers.
