I was wondering if you feed chameleons the worm or the beetle "version" of a super worm. Thanks all!

The worm gets fed. The beetle is hard shelled and I have never had a chameleon who would eat them.

Thanks! and two more things. When do the worms turn into beetles? And are they meant to be put in a refrigerator?

No need for refrigeration and they turn in to beetles when they dig in to the ground or is isolated in small spaces.

As Matt indicated above, they need isolation from the other worms to pupate. Here's a link that maybe of use:

I raise my own and have had great success with them. Easy to keep and breed if you follow the steps above. Heck, for what it's worth, I have missed one in Lucky's enclosure from time to time. I usually find it later as a beetle climbing up the side of the cage. I just gather it up and put it into my breeding bin.
