I suggest you aim to have no feeder make up more than 20% of your chameleons diet.
But the combination of silkworms and superworms isnt a bad one. Both can be gutloaded with a variety of things, supers are "fatty" but silks arent too bad, Silkworms dont offer much in chinton but supers do. If you add a few crickets, butterworms, cabbage loppers, hornworms, terrestrial isopods, stick bugs and/or other things, from time to time (like at least one "something else" once a week) its a good balance.
