Super/morio worm question - how big?

Hi,

I have been reading these forums since before we got our panther cham and they have been a huge help for us.

We went to the store today to pick up some live feeders and they had almost run out of all food so we picked up some morio/super worms but we are not sure if they are too big for our little man. He is roughly 5 months old.

I know when you feed crickets/locusts/dubias they shouldn't be bigger than the width of their head. My question is....is that the same rule for worms or can they be a bit bigger because they are slimmer?

Sorry if it is a really silly question. Just don't want to feed him anything inappropriate.

Thanks in advance for your help,
Abbie
