Sudden poor coordination

I knew she needed a bin which is why I have everything, however I didn't know she wouldn't show colors if there is no male. I will set that up today. Thank you for all the help
 
Your welcome! Please make sure you make it damp enough to tunnel into and not collapse. Please make sure you don't peek on her. They are very vulnerable when laying, therefore extra vigilant and if she sees you or senses you ate near, she will abandon the hole and you will loose precious time. It can take hours to days, and hovering like a concerned parent could kill her. If you really MUST watch, set up a video monitor and watch it from another room. But set it up at the same time you introduce the bin. Get everything done in 1 shot. This will help reduce her stress. Please keep us all posted!

The only thing I don't know is should I have her heat lamps on while she's in there. I was planning on covering her cage with a blanket so if we do go into that room she can't see us
 
Yes. Keep everything else the way it normally is. It's best if you can avoid that room entirely, but if you must go in, use the blanket, do what you came to do, and don't peek! Some chams are so sensitive about laying that they won't lay even if you are in the same room, and even if they can't see you. Somehow, they sense the presence. For your cham, it's especially important, because she can't afford to loose any time. This is THAT serious! After she lays her eggs, you will know she is done because she will leave the hole, and cover it back up. Then she will return to her basking spot to warm back up.
 
As of 6:00 she is in her very first laying bin. Super scared and nervous but also have the vet appointment for Tuesday morning. Just hope she isn't too week to lay any eggs.

I dug a few starter tunnels for her so I hope they help. Thank you everyone for the help and I'll keep you posted. Wish Leia luck!!

She layed her first clutch!!! Haven't counted the eggs yet but she buried all 3 holes I dug for her (she left 3 eggs on top of the dirt). Got her set up back to normal and put a hornworm some nicely dusted crickets and a couple wax worms in her cage for treats to get calcium back

Still having trouble with coordination but at least this is a step. Now I know she won't show colors so I can fully look out for this next time. Got a vet appointment tomorrow to check up on her.

How is her coordination now? Poor coordination, especially grabbing the front legs with the back feet is a sign of MBD. Hope she was just awkward because the eggs and she has improved. Definitely mention it to your vet when you go either way.
 
Your welcome! I am so glad you didn't wait any longer! Hopefully her poor coordination was associated with being uncomfortable, and not MBD. But make sure you give her dusted crickets and LOTS of water. Once she is a little more steady on her feet, a shower may be good, too. Also, if you are not already doing so, get her onto a multivitamin right away. This will help her out a lot, too. I recommend taking the eggs she laid with you to the vet, and have them examine them, too. You can get a lot of valuable information about their laying/reproductive cycles from the vet. But always make sure she has access to a laying bin. I am really glad she was successful!

Her back legs haven't had any issues. It's been her front legs. And not sure yet. Still miss grabbing a bit, but she's just been sitting there and resting on her basking vine

I dusted the crickets with calcium and a vitamin. And yes I will be bringing the eggs to check on them

I've seen that before. I did a ton of research on laying eggs and getting eggbound. The only thing that threw me off was I was expecting her to show receptive and gravid colors
 
She looks like she has MBD to me, though your pics were a little oddly angled for me to be able to tell well. But if she does I wouldn't say it is a horrible case. (they don't always show receptive colors sadly especially when they are younger). I am just passing through so I haven't read absolutely every post so I am hoping I am not asking another question you have already answered. If so please forgive me >.< I am just trying to touch a few bases someone else might not have. If you could get maybe a few pictures coming straight at her side that would likely be best. But if she is still down in her bin or generally showing interest in it I would urge you to wait to take the pictures. Since she didn't bury three of the eggs that is indicative of egg binding or something up with eggs usually.

Yeah the pictures wouldn't take and she was hiding on the far side of her vine once it did take. Her clutch was 48 eggs and she's really skinny now so I'm hoping but the vet said they will check if she held onto some eggs. Thank you for checking in. She's been put to bed for now so I'll keep everyone posted on the appointment tomorrow
