I have read yes and no to putting substrate in bottom of enclosure I am a new chameleon owner and was wondering what other ppl take is on this at the moment I do have plantation soil at bottom

This is his home at the moment he will be getting a screen enclosure next weekI find it's all up to you. don't use any kind of chips wood any of that just in case. It is prettier if you want a substrate I would just go with peat moss and just put them on the bottom if you wanted to look good.
