I just got repashy superload. I noticed that it is a powder so do I just place it in a bowl and let the crickets eat away?

Okay one more question lol. Do I continuously let my crickets eat the superload? I also purchased the calcium plus to dust as well because it was recommended. Do I feed AND dust everyday?

It is a supplement, not a food.
you dust your feeders with it.
Your crickets wont eat it.
If you want your bugs to eat something good, get them bug burger, or dino fuel. or gutload them really well.

I feed all my crickets the same thing, even the ones I don't feed off the next day.
For dusting its recommended you use,
Calcium without D3 everyday
Calcium with D3 twice a month
Multivitamin twice a month

Yes. this is not a food for bugs, the repashy all in one calcium plus (with the gecko on the front) is a supplement. you DUST this on your feeders, not feed it to them. (at least mine dont eat it)
YOu lightly dust every bug every feeding.
LIGHTLY! dotn over do it.

She said it is repashy SUPERLOAD. Superload is a food. I used to used a wet piece of mustard green, collard greens etc. And "dust" a wet piece of it with about one tblspoon of it and throw it in with the crickets

Use the calcium plus everyday. Imo it is best to "mix it up" regularly with what you gutload with. If you have not checked out sandrachameleons blogs on gutloading, i highly recommend it. There is also dinofuel, cricket crack, and repashys bug burger that are all good gutloads that i use myself along with many other things.

Yes to the crickets. They love a washed piece of mustard green or collard green coated with it.
