Stuck hair in throat

My chameleon has got a hair stuck in her throats and keeps holding her mouth open ,what should I do

Is the hair hanging out her mouth so you can grab it without hurting her?

Are you sure it's a hair or is your chameleon just gaping?

I hope what you are seeing is a hair and not strands of saliva that would indicate an upper respiratory infection. If that is the case you will want to raise your temperatures a few degrees to the highest end of their recommended range and look for a reptile vet in your area. We can help you find someone.

Thank u everyone but the hair has gone now I am defo sure it was a hair but I don’t know how it got there
