i use a dome for heat so i can place it directly over his basking spot and doesnt burn up his live plants and i use the strip fixture for UVB

Strip light for UVB! If you are putting it on top of a screen, try to go for a 10.0

One part that isn't really mentioned here, and could possibly save up on your electric bill. Is you could get a zoomed LED/UVB led good for the plants, and the uvb for your chameleon. In addition to a heat dome lamp.

We are getting a HUGE SHIPMENT of the 24" double bulb and Quad lights in in 2-3 weeks! w/ Arcadia bulbs.
(they were so popular we sold out of them in 2 weeks last time so I got smart and ordered made 150 more.
