Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care? Veiled chameleon, male, 2-3 months, had him for about a week
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon? Only handled once to get out of cage and didn't force him out
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders? Superworms, bsfl, and dubia roach nymphs is what I feed him. I try to feed him 4 bsfl and 4 dubias every day, sometimes a couple superworms. Feed every day about two hours after he wakes up. Gut loaded with carrots, apples, bananas, and kale.
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule? ReptCal without d3 every day except for sunday's I rotate reptcal with d3 and reptivive multivitamin without d3.
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking? Misting system and dripper. Mist 4 times a day for a minute long. I've seen him drink a couple times.

Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule? I use a clamp light from home Depot with a 40w incandescent bulb for heat. I use a t5 5.0 reptisun linear bulb for uvb. 12 hours on/off
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps? 72-80 ambient temp. Basking is 85-87 (it's like 90 here in Texas already) it gets about 68 at night. I measure the temps with a temp gun and zoo med probe
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity? Humidity is usually 40-60% regular misting keeps them at those levels. I use a hygrometer I got off Amazon
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind? Pothos and a corn plant
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? It's located in my bedroom with a good amount of traffic. I use a fan at night but make sure to face It towards me and it doesn't blow any air towards the Cham. The cage is two feet off the ground
