Stressed?

So I've had Gene for about a week now and he has been eating fine and his urates are white. I've taken him out once to clean because he pooped a ton.He is never really bright green like what I have seen from other chameleons on this forum.
He is supposedly 2-3 months I got him off of FL chams.
Is this coloration normal or is he stressed? Also in y'all's opinion does he look healthy overall? I just want to get some opinions.

I would feed him as many Dubias as he will eat every day, with a couple BSFL. Just put like 10 dubia in a cup and secure it to a mid-level branch in the cage.

Gutload should consist mainly of various greens, and vegges, with some fruit for hydration. I would also use some sort of commercial gutload, such as bug burger or cricket crack.

I would do 2-4 minutes in the morning, 2-4 in the evening. You can use a dripper throughout the day. Just poke a tiny hole In the bottom of a container, should drip 1-2 times per second.

Thats a very nice sized cage! Though make sure your little on his finding his food and basking spots okay. I would cup feed as I mentioned before.

I would not let basking get over 85. Ambient shouldn't be over 75-76.

I'll make sure to keep my house temp at 75 and change the basking temp thanks. I'm planning on changing up the fruits/veggies I use for gutload every week. I know it's a big cage for such a little guy but he utilizes every bit of it and he is always basking in the morning and mid day so I think he already knows where the basking spot is. Another question though he will not eat as much from the cup than when I hand feed him it's kinda strange. When I cup feed him he doesn't seem interested in the bugs, but when I hand feed he runs onto my hand and destroys everything I have in my hand. Any tips on getting him to cup feed?
Here's a pic of the cage. I recently added some sticks from outside to the top of the enclosure and the little guy loves them but the basking spot was way too hot so I had to put some blocks under the lamp. Looks kinda ghetto but hey it works.

Looks good.. I would toss the fake plants and get some more live ones to replace them soon. Veiled are known for eating vegetation, and you do not want him eating a fake plant.

How far away is your highest branch to the uvb?

Actually it is good that you raised the heat bulb.. sometimes babies will climb underneath the heat lamp and burn themselves. Burns are irreversible. What feels warm to you is hot to them.

Hmm Dubias dont move much so that is probably part of it. If you don't have a problem hand feeding you can do that.. its a great way to to build trust. I don't really have a suggestion on how to make the dubia's more enticing in the cup, as I don't use them. But believe me if he gets hungry enough he should eat out of a cup.

Discoid roaches are much more active than dubia. You could try those

Highest branch is about 7 inches away from the uvb. Should I move it down?
And yeah I've caught him trying to go on top of the screen a couple times do you know when they stop doing that? At what age should I start feeding him supers. I bought a ton of small ones are those not okay? I'll also check out those roaches thanks.

Yeah I would move it down to about 10 inches away.

Normally once they get too heavy and big they will stop. Sometimes they screen climb if there isnt enough foliage and branches in their enclosure but your enclosure looks fine. A few more horizontal branches couldn't hurt, I suppose.
