Stressed baby panther chameleon please help

Okay cool, what do you guys take your temps with? Because I feel like mine are all off and I can't seem to find a good thermometer. This is one of the ones I use

I use a zoomed wired digital temp meter for basking spot, a wireless temp/humidity at the bottom and a thermo temp gun to double check all temps.

What brand gun do you use I have been using. But it seems way off my Digital is reading 10 degrees higher

I have a Cen-tech. Not the best but not the worst. Every time I check it with another gauge its very close.

Oh okay because my inferred one is off it worked great for the first 5 days but now it's off by like 5 degrees
