Yeah that's not normal at all. When are you feeding him? What time of day? What are you feeding and what are you feeding those feeders? Has he been checked for parasites recently?

I usefully feed him a large locust about an hour after he wakes up before i take off for work, the only changes in diet ive had recently is that i tried feeding him a dubia roach.
The feeders are covered in calcium with D3 and are gutloaded with collards, carrot and apples.
Never been checked for parasites but has never been fed something from outside nature either.

You shouldn't be dusting with d3 daily. Should be ~twice a month. Please fill out the form at the top of the health clinic section labeled "how to ask for help" it will help us, help you (y)

Definitely looks strange, I'd put on some gloves and dig through it. Does it smell bad(like worse than usual)? Fishy smells at all? Undigested feeders can be a sign of parasites, so a fecal should be done. Pet shop feeders are actually easy ways to transfer parasites. Doesn't have to be from outside.

@JacksJill any input?

It might not be necessary to answer all these questions, but the more you provide the better. Please remember that even the most knowledgeable person can only guess at what your problem may be. Hi and thanks for the feedback, ill fill in the for later tonight.

The supplement i am using is the sticky tongue Miner-all with D3, which from the info contains very low levels out D3 so that you could use it with every feeding.

I use the arcadia T5 lights with 12% UVB for lightning, i know 12% uvb might be on the upper end for a chameleon but he has plenty of space on the lower part of the enclosure to escape the uvb.

If it doesnt get better before monday i'll go to a vet for advice.

Hi and thanks for your reply, im using the sticky tongue farms miner-all for daily supplement, see picture in comment below. i didn't really dig trough it, will take a closer look if something similar comes out again. He has been eating alot today and is very active overall. this is quite a mystery to me

It actually says for babies every feeding

Half gown subadult every second feeding

Adult every third feeding.

So yea your over doing in

He is about 8 months old now, so i guess it makes sense i should start using it every other day. Thing is he usefully only eats 1 large locust every morning and so i dont think it gets as must calcium stuck on it as if i were to feed him say, 8 dusted crickets a day.

As far as I know this is safe every feeding. I don’t have the indoor calcium I have the outdoor one. I use that every sunday sometimes every other depending if I took my Chams out for real sun that week

I would hydrate him with a long misting and double check your temperatures to make sure they are adequate for proper digestion. If it continues a fecal exam would be a good idea. Make sure he isn't eating anything weird in his cage as well.
