IMO, 5 minutes is too long for a misting, it should be about 2-3 depending on where you live. (Again, just my opinion and widely vares by location and climate)

Also, 80 degrees is too hot for her at night. She doesnt need a heater at night unless it drops below 50 (tho i have read 40) as the drop in night time temps are healthy for a chameleon.

If you cannot get the proper uv bulb and it is warm enough where you live, you can take your cham outside for real sun for like 30 minutes or an hour. That way it can get its uv from the sun.
