I have a male Viald chameleon some time he will go from just sitting on my hand to what seems to be trying to mate with my hand he digs his little nails in and moves his butt back and forth

I have a video of it showed it to a breeder in my area and they sad he is trying to mate with my hand

Just be sure to wash it when he's done!
If it's mating he should get over it in a while and return to his normal self...
Some reptiles can go grumpy when it's that time, your's is just being affectionate!

He is just telling you he would usually be making babies at this time and you are obviously the best chameleon girl he's ever seen... which obviously means he has some vision issues XD. Either way your guys is pretty young if I remember correctly right? somewhere around 1 year? If so his hormones are really strong right now and he's probably just frustrated. He will probably calm down when he gets a bit older. And of course later on in the year.
