cricket crack is good but you still need fresh fruits & veggies. i use sweet potato, collard greens, kale, carrot, papaya, strawberries & apple but i rotate the ingredients every time i make a new batch. heard this, along with using a variety of feeders helps prevent hungerstrikes. i used to underestimate the importance of good gutload until i was scolded. the difference i saw in my chams within a couple months was incredible.
