Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Female Veiled (Lilly) 6 to 8 months old. I have had her for 5 months.
Handling - Once a day to move her outside for some sun in her plant outside.
Feeding - 6 to 8 crickets or superworms. Worms get carrots and green/Crickets get flukers gutload and hydration with calcium cubes.
Supplements - Zoo med vitamins and calcium with D3/ Repti low cal.
Watering - Big Dripper all day and misting 2 times once in morning and once in afternoon.
Fecal Description - No fecal test/ Brown seems solid. Her urate is white.
Cage Info:
Cage Type - Using Dragonstrand Atrium cage.
Lighting - Double hood heat and UVB bulb.
Temperature - Basking is 85-90 degrees and bottom of cage is in low 70s.
Humidity - Humidity is fine.
Plants -Live pothos with fake vines to walk on and random branches from outside treated with boiling water.
Placement - Living room off to side no vent or high traffic
Location - Chicago , Illinois
Current Problem - My girl stopped eating 3 days ago and was showing her first colors of blue dots and blue line in her crest. I assumed its because she is receptive and was looking to breed so I placed a 18 wide X 10 inch deep pot in cage with black sand and play sand mix . I also placed a towel over the front of the cage to give her privacy, but everyday i am pulling out all the crickets and worms because she isn't having any of it. I will say I have seen her drink off the Leafs.
