Still Shedding

Leo started shedding toward the end of last week (around October 26th) and he is still shedding. He shed most of his body in one day, but his head and crest have been shedding for several days. Should I be concerned? Is there anything I can do to help along this process?

The only time you need to intervene with a shedding is if a piece of shed is wrapped around a toe or tail or similar structure and strangling it. Even then unless there is some swelling or obvious constriction I will wait a day or so to see if it goes on its own. If you pull on a shed that is not ready to come off it will hurt your cham and can possibly do permanent damage. I know they look miserable but it's best to wait it out.
If you are seeing retained sheds at every shedding you should look at the nutrition you are providing. Your supplements (vitamin) may be expired or you gut load could use improvement.
