so I recently had a problem with over supplementing my jackson.. I pmed jdog for further info but i'm confused the mineral o says outdoor if my chams are mainly indoor do i still use it? its calcium without d3! Or should i use rep-cal phos and d3 free?

The "outdoor" label is just a way to distinguish it as not having D3. If you don't want to use a D3 supplement, then the "outdoor" formula is the way to go, even if your chameleon is housed indoors.

It's just a description to try and make the difference easier to understand.

i use the outdoor (without d3) once a week, the indoor once a month, and the vitamin stuff once a month
