Star gazing..?

Hello, i have a question im hoping i can get some information on. I have been doing a lot of research into MBD and proper supplementing for my 9 month old male vailed Cham so i may be just paranoid here but i recently noticed Zeek started to have these periods where he tilts his head slightly to the left (side ways) and slowly lifts his head up more and more until his front legs and all lift off the branch.... I personally thought he was just trying to get a better angle at whatever he was trying to see but i thought it looked odd and havent seen it before. And he seems to catch himself doing it and drops back down to the branch, but a few moments later hes doing it again. Could this possibly be a case of star gazing?
