squinting & scrachting eye

i have a female veil chameleon who is 1 year old. I noticed about 3 days ago she started squinting with one of her eyes and started to scratch at it? all that i have reaches says it is a vitamin A , if this correct or could it possible be something else?

I would assume that it is an infection. Is it wet? Do you see her clean her eyes in the mist?

you can use sterile 100 percent SALINE solution only to flush Gently! it is with contact lens supplies at the store do not use cleaner

I wouldn’t treat anything unless you have absolute certainty on what it is. Could you post some photos, please? Also, do you have a good experienced chameleon vet near you?

Is that a bump on her right wrist?

Does she have a laybin IN her cage?

yes it is a bump, she has had that since she was born, and yes she does have a laybin in her cage. could her eye be from her shedding?
