Spring tail ?

Ok I got my spring tails in today and i was wondering how dose one go about placing these things into the tank. They came in a container filled with charcol rice and water. Do i just place this mixture over the hydro balls and under the screen ?

You can place it where every you would like in the tank. The springs are smalle enough they will go where every they want to go.

Add some water to the container. The springtails will float and then just dump the water into the tank. The rice is food for the spring while in their culture.
