spring fever !! what temp can I start to take her outside?

I live in Ohio we are getting into the low 60's now- and allll that wonderful sun - but what temp can she go out in ? I dont want her to get chilled, and how long would she need to be in the sun to get any benefit from it?
I can't wait for summer

What species is she? Jacksons would be most tolerant of 60 degrees. Still thats a little cold.

When the lows stay above 45 and daytime temps are staying above 60 would be okay.

A half hour to an hour everyday or every other day would be good

I know- I am so excited to see her just be out in the sun and relax - I just have to stay with her- we have a lot of Bald Eagles , hawks , and crows -
