Sperm Plugs

Hi everyone, can someone help me with a query?

I have seen a lot of posts about sperm plugs, I have no idea what these are or if every male cham will have one at some point. I have two male Chameleons, a Veiled of a year old and a 4 month old Panther. Want to know what to look out for - do all male chams have these at some point? If they do, what do I do?? How do I differentiate it from something more serious? Do they deal with them on their own, or is there anything that I would need to do to help?

Not all chams get them and I have read that it may be linked to vitamin A deficiencies in chams.
