sperm plug...STILL NOT PASSED!

My veiled has had a visible sperm plug for about a week or so, he still hasn't passed it though. His tail is starting to bulge at the base of the tail. How long does it useually take to pass it??

just grab your chameleon and then try to gently pull the plug out... I do it everytime!
