Specific Question About Fecal Testing

How much is too much? I read through all the fecal testing threads and got all the information I need. However, I am not sure if I should be thinking "the more poop the better the test" or "one poop is good enough". Also I noticed that my chameleon doesn't always pass a urate, should I make sure I have a poop with a urate attached?

Actually, the newer the poo the better.

You are probably just not seeing the urates.

The fresher the poop the more accurate is the testing.
and NO, you do not need the urate for a Fecal float.
and Yes, 1 poop is enough.
