Were you giving a supplement with D3 at every feeding as well as giving it to the crickets?

Mealworms have been known to cause constipation if fed too often.

What's the temperature in the cage? Warmest daytime? Coldest daytime and at night?

Is the fan blowing on the cage directly?

Is the light a UVB light? How old is it?

How often are you dusting with the d3 supplement? You should only be using that about twice a month. You should have been using a plain calcium WITHIOUT d3 and also a multivitamin that you should be dusting with a couple of times a month also. Do you have a UVB light? It is CRITICAL that you do and the kind you are using is important also. You should not be leaving a light on at night. What are you using for a basking light? No moss at bottom of cage. Bacteria breeding ground, insect hiding spot, and most importantly can be injested by your chameleon. It sounds as if your chameleon could have MBD(metabolic bone disease) We need to see a picture of your set up and pictures of him also to check out his limbs. Do you eveer get him outside for natural sunlight? Edit: The calcium without d3 should be used every day. I meant to say that and it looked as though I was telling you to dust twice a month with that. Sorry about that!
