Hello,
I was out of town for a few days and came home to this on my male Sambava. I though it was hemipenal prolapse but I was looking at pictures of that and it doesn't look the same. He is still eating and drinking fine without issues. I heard that it could also be his reproductive organ and that if it was it is an easy fix by a vet, I'm hoping it is that because the last reptile I had with a prolapse died even with the vets help . Today is the first day I have noticed it. Please help. There aren't any reptile vets around me so I cant take him there until possibly this weekend.

its a dried sperm plug.
you can gently tug on it and it will come out or let him do it on his own.

Yes it is a sperm plug. No fun to have to pull it out but your boy is just fine.

It will most likely be gone with his next poop, otherwise you can gently remove it like the others said.

May I offer a suggestion? I notice he has no fat on his body. I suggest you feed him more to build up his cheeks and casque a little instead of having it sunken.

I agree with this, he is very thin.
