My chameleon has never had any problems pooping and this randomly appeared about a week ago. I thought it was just poop stuck and he would get it off himself. It still hasn't moved and today I was looking at it and it is really stuck. I have heard that it might be a sperm plug but i'm not sure. There isn't a reptile vet anywhere near me. Does anyone know what this is or what I should do?

That looks like it could be his man jewels. If it has been out like that for a week there is most likely an issue with him. and I don't think you'll be able to reverse it. If he seems healthy, just leave it and it'll take care of itself. if he starts to decline in health, I don't think there will be much you can do for him, especially because you don't have a vet near you.
