Someone keeps skipping arm day!

So my lil guy has a hearty appetite. He's fed a variety of feeders (supers, horns, silkies, crix, dubias just in this rotation) with well gutloaded bellies; however, his arms are sticks!! Should I be concerned or will he beef up as he gets older?! He just turned 7 months on the 25th.

He is a handsome boy! i highly recommend a fecal to check for parasites if he hasn't had one lately.

Hey, jannb!! He's got a check-up at Matthew J. Ryan in Philly on the 21st so I'll definitely be bringing a lil present with me :)

Do you think it could be parasites? Could that be the reason why his arms are so skinny? He's drinking an eating like a champ... Only had one hunger strike, but that was put to a kibosh when he tried his first hornworm. Here's a pic of him not fired up.

He could have parasites. It's always a good idea to have a fecal every 4 to 6 months. It's good that he's having a check up also. It could just be because he is still young and his arms and legs haven't filled out yet. Keep us posted on the vet visit and how he's doing.

Maybe it's just me but his arms don't appear skinny at all to me. I've got a 6 month old and his arms look identical

He looks beautiful and healthy! Always a good idea to get a fecal done from time to time but I think his legs will fill out with time and it is not because of that.

Over concerned Noobie Mom

Thanks, everyone for the reassurance. I just see all these other chams with beefy arms and legs and I'm over here with string bean arms like "what the?"
