Thought I would post a couple of my dart frogs and a vivarium that I set up this week:
30 high vivarium for display at the Southeastern Reef Conference in Maitland this weekend, I have a few more things to add to it:

WOWZER!!! they are sooooooooooo pretty and your tank looks great!! So can they all be housed together?? Might be a dumb question but I know NOTHING about frogs!!:rolleyes::p
 
Thanks for the replies guys! Their colors amaze me every time i look at them and i have kept darts for over a year now. I haven't had good luck breeding them yet but most of mine are just reaching breeding age. For some reason mine are all growing up to be females but I hope to pick up some males at the Daytona show in August.


So can they all be housed together??

They can be housed in pairs or 2 males and a female due to the female aggression towards each other. Some people keep multiple morphs together but it is frowned upon. If you aren't breeding them and don't allow eggs to develop I guess it wouldn't be bad, but I am going for pure bloodlines. I'm pretty sure that all tinctorius are just different color morphs and can cross if given the chance, as well as auratus. I don't risk it. If you go onto the dart frog forum and bring the subject up you will be attacked, I've seen it happen. LOL.
