He has no name yet, so... meet no-name Fischer's Chameleon :)
I got him at a reptile expo these weekend for 30 dollars, which I thought was an amazing deal for any kind of chameleon.

Also, I heard that these guys are rare, so I was also wondering if it was actually a Fischer's or something else? He's really cool regardless, so I don't care either way.

I'm no fischers cham expert, but that's definitely a fischers.. lol.

I think the scientific name is kinyongia, not sure what specific species though. I think there are different species of the kinyongia genus (is K. a genus? lol).

Anyway be wary of parasites.. get that fischers a vet check up.. 30$ is a SUSPICIOUSLY low price for any adult cham

Right? That's what I was thinking. They gave be a discount on him from 50, because it was the last one they had. I asked around, and apparently the vendor's I bought it from have a good reputation. I'll be taking him to the vet next payday, so sometime after Friday.

Kinyongia multituberculata. You got a good deal on him. He looks thirsty. I've found them to be pretty easy to acclimate. Good luck with him.
