This is such a great source of information... I am so grateful to find this group and wish I could have found it before we lost our little one recently. But reading these forums I am amazed and all the incorrect information I was given at Petco and by the two vets that I went to. Before I get brave enough to try again, I will be reading all your posts over and over and learning all I can from you for a long time first as I can't handle loosing another of these beautiful creatures. If anyone happens to know of a good herp vet in the Las Vegas area, please let me know.

Welcome! I am a chameleon breeder and have no chameleon vet near me! Closest is a 4 hour drive! I have to take care of any and all emergencies myself! The vets try their best here and they can help with antibiotics but I have to diagnose and suggest! They have good intentions and are wonderful people!
What kind of chameleon did you have? How did it die? If it is too painful to discuss you don't have to!

Welcome @Rowan I'm so sorry to hear about your loss . There's so many amazing keepers on here . We have one little girl chamealon and soon a baby boy panther coming from @Matt Vanilla Gorilla .
Frances has had lots of Health issues all of her care advice has come from here . She does have a good vet and has been on meds . I can say 100% that the advice that has worked has been here . When you get a new baby you will be in great hands .
