Snow Day

Chameleon Nation

I woke up this morning to about 2 feet of snow on the ground. I went to go pick up some cages and they closed all the roads going out of the city. I got back home and got stuck in the driveway. So needless to say it was a brutal morning. So with nothing to do I tried to pair up some chameleons. When I got these two to breed, it brightened up my day a little. The male is one of Wylde's babies and the female is one of two girls that I have sired by Slash. I have a couple clutches of these two bloodlines incubating and really can't wait to see what the babies will look like.

Faly's

These little guys are sooo expensive. I have a group of 5 that were shipped from the U.S. up to me. Chameleons are worse than a bad drug addiction, once you get 1 you keep going back for more.

She weights as much as he does, more cushion for the pushin LOL :D

That male is still a little young, he is about 8 months old now. At the moment we are the only ones up here with Faly's and Mitsio's.

Let me tell you, with the weather here today everything "pink" is turning "blue"

Verrrrrry nice animals (you hear me Santa?

LOL, Everything is definitely turning blue. I thought some body parts were going to start falling off while I was shoveling out my truck. With the wind chill it was something like -20C here.

I don't know if Santa makes these at the North Pole LOL :D. He might have some out and about during his summer vacation though.;)

Shipping

We are getting our export license and permits in order. CITES papers will have to be filled out on our end, which could take anywhere from 4-12 months. It all depends on how backed up Fish and Wildlife is.

I can't wait to see the product of this pair, I'll definitely be holding them until they are about 5 months old to see some color. Probably keep a bunch for myself too.

Beautiful pair! Do you ever ship to the US?
