Small Pet feeders!

I ordered my first batch of feeders from them tonight. Dave is a great guy and REALLY fast at replying to e-mails with customer service. Prices are great and what better than helping a fellow forum member out?

i've gotten pretty good service other places, but its nice having someone there answering any questions you have quick. If you havn't already tried them out, I highly recommend it!!

Well since this thread is already started...I too just ordered from Dave and my crickets are exceptional! Very clean, didn't have a bunch of frass and dead bodies in the box. They are a vast improvement over the last 1000 I got elsewhere that I am pretty sure had the virus.

Had a small issue with my hornworms but Dave was super quick at getting it resolved, he is johnny on the spot with return e-mails!! Very oleased with how it was handled.

lslcronk, I remember that hornworm order, geez what a mess, you weren't the only one that had an issue with that old chow recipe we were using. For the time being, we've converted to GLH's quality chow recipe until we can properly formulate and test our own. Not everyone is so understanding as you were, and I can't tell you how much we appreciate that. With things around here as stressful as they are sometimes, having not understanding clients can complicate things even more.
