I was wondering what yall use to fill in the littles holes your screen cages can get in them.( the ones u make for sticks or for mistkings or drip system) There are a few in the baby cage and the little bugs are escaping. I was thinking about suing Hot glue and just pressing it flat with my finger once it wasnt really hot.....Do yall think this would be ok?? Could it hurt the cham in any way??

Any other suggestions??? I used tape BUT it just looks so blah to me....

Use gloves if you do it that way, hot glue is well..... HOT!!! I don't think it is hot enough to give you a serious burn, at least it never has burnt me that bad, but it does hurt. Could you use a small piece of screen and just super glue it in place over your holes?? I'm not sure if super glue will stck to aluminum though. I was just thinking you may be able to line it up just right, and super glue dries clear, so it wouldn't be that noticeable.

I use screen repair kits for the bottom of feeder cups. PRO Repair is the company that makes them in a 5-pack with 3" x 3" aluminum squares and they should work fine.

I would cut some screen to cover the hole then stitch it into place with a needle and some black thread. I think that would look cleaner.

Ever order crickets with screen on the side? I cut a piece off of that and use some thin telephone wire to close it up.

hmmm....I never though of using more screen. I have a whole role of screen that I bought to make bug keeprs!! Thanks guys!:D

unless it's a gaping hole where you actually removed a chunk of screen, just sew it back together. if it's a hole just sew a patch over it - too easy! Use black thread for camouflage...
