small bugs in enclosure. help!

Recently we built a diy enclosure for our cham, we put sticks out of the yard into the enclosure after debarking them and washing them. This morning I went in to feed her, and noticed a few tiny bugs on the wood. I am concerned they may bite her, or become a problem. We thought scrubbing them and debarking them would be enough, what should we do? Should we bake the branches to kill anything we might have missed off of them? If so, what temperature, and for how long? Any input would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I have read to bake anything at 350 for 30 minutes before using it. (30 minutes seems kind of long to me, but that is what I've read.)

What kind of bugs are they?
They look like little nats or something... They dont fly around at all, just crawl around really fast on the one bigger branch we have in there. We will take it all out and bake them then, and reclean everything else in the cage.
