if you're in your camera and you hit the settings wheel at the top, the flash, night mode, and voice control icons scroll out on the top of the screen. it's the video camera icon (recording mode)

Mine just says Normal or Limit for MMS on that screen

Perhaps there was a software update then? Don't know what to tell you - I'm sure you're on the right screen too because the normal and limiter options are right above slow motion and fast motion choices.

You should try doing Settings > More > About Phone > Software Update

How do you manage to catch that? lol I need to set my cam up when my cham gets old enough not to be so scary lol
