Sleepy time at the BocaJan ranch

Just got back from a trip to K.C. MO and had to take pics of my ladies sleeping. Desi is sleeping on her string and Lucy has her arm hanging over her branch. The pics aren't great because I took them in the dark and Desi's is through the screen, but you get the idea.

I was just in my herp room trying to take pics of Brody sleeping and then saw this thread. What beautiful chams. :)

Thank you. You should see pictures of them when they are receptive and gravid. Fortunately they are not now. LOL Also, when they see another cham they really fire up with black markings. It is cool, but I try to not do it on purpose.

My male never fires up. ~sigh~ Loves to look at his reflection in the mirror.

Aww Jan, the photo of Lucy with her little arm draped over the branch is so cute! Aren't they funny when they sleep?:p

I like the way Desi's tummy kinda falls over both sides of her branch. She is a sweet little rollie pollie :p

Thank you. I love to peek when they are sleeping but I don't do it too often. She looked so comfortable.

After she laid her 54 eggs (she didn't fit on her string) she went back and got herself comfortable. Well, it was so funny because her stretched skin looped over both sides. LOL. She is now shrunk back to her normal weight. Sometimes she just leans up against the screen and her belly barely touches the string.

Here is the picture of the string without Desi.

this little one knows when its bed time haha, goes to his leaf when i get close to his cage telling me he's tired. however the other morning when i turned the lights on. he puffed up his chin and turned a bright green like "I was trying to sleep in!!!" dont know if that was a good or bad thing but he's becoming much more of an obedient animal compared to my cat:p
