I woke up my cham about an hour ago, and after he moved around, He went back to sleep. I saw him go to his sleep vine, perch, and stay there. He went back to sleep. Is this normal? He woke up, but still.

Sleeping in the day is not good. It's a sign that something is wrong. Please fill out the ask for help form.

What is your llighting schedule like? how many on how many off... and what hours are you doing it till? If you turn his lights of later, then you have messed with his sleep schedule.

Thats probably what happend. Yesterday I turned them on at 10 30, and this morning at 9 30.

There ya go. When you mess with their sleep schedule they will sometimes just go back to sleep even when they should normally be awake.
My veield Kink would do that. i was late getting home once and didnt turn his lights off until 1130 at night, but they came on at 9 the next morning, and he slept until 1030 that morning.
I would suggest getting a timer to control your light schedule. 4 bucks at walmart and you are good to go.

:D

i do 8-8, give or take depending on time of year...try to sync it with your sunrise and sunset times...but 9-9 will definitely work, consistency is key
