Sleeping when shedding

No, even when they are shedding it's not normal for them to sleep during the day.
You might want to fill out the How To Ask For Help form. Just copy, paste into a reply, type in your information. Be as detailed as possible. Give the names of the bulbs, the names of the supplements and be graphic in describing the fecal matter (include a picture if that helps).

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Chameleon Rudis, Sex Unknow (but i'm pretty sure it's a male), 4 months.
Handling -3 times/week
Feeding - Criks, 5-6 per day? i mist the enclosure and i put the food? I put tyhe bugs in is enclosure
Supplements - Reptivite Vitamine D3 + calcium once per week
Watering - Hand bottle, 3 times per day? maybe 2 minuits by watering? My Chams drink when i mist, more than the dripper
Fecal Description - Normal
History - I bought a female Rudis from petstore, but i wasnt well informed about Chams before then she die after eating substrat
i bought her pregmant then she had 11 babies. 4 dead.
Cage Info:18x18x24 Exo Terra
Cage Type - Glass terrarium
Lighting - UVB: reptiglo 5.0, basking light: 40 watts?
Temperature - 75 basking spot, 65-70 near the floor, 12 hour period
Humidity -65-90%, i mist with a misting bottle, i use hygrometer
Plants - 2 pothos, 1 fak plant, and fake vines
Placement - the enclosure is in my chamber
Location - im from Quebec City, Canada
Current Problem - Sometime my Kams is sleep since a couple of day, maybe 2 day. Its his first shedding period. the shedding is looking well.

Your basking spot is maybe a bit cool. I would be trying for 78 to 80 degrees right at the basking spot. Your overall temperature range is sort of tight. I've always been told it's better to have a range of temperatures, top to bottom. 10 to even 15 degrees. I'm not sure how much of a problem that is, or even if it is really a problem.
Is this one of the babies that survived? Have you had him since birth?
You describe the fecal matter as "normal" but that's only a good description if we know that you know what "normal" is. Could you actually describe it please?
What size crickets are you feeding?
Typically younger chameleons shed quickly. It's almost like they blow up, the skin comes off so fast. That this is taking a long time bothers me.

i had this chams since his birth, i had a female before who wa pregmant,he was born in june ( he's 3 months year old )
hes already done with his shed, but i think he was thirsty, because i left a dripper doing his job, but I saw him drinking when i mist..not with the dripper. He looks great right now i will keep a eye on it
