Sleeping Rosie

Rosie is an ambilobe fathered by Goblin. She is now about 4 months old and doing very well since I got her from Glittergloomgirl and Chris. Check out her colors! Yeah, she is sleeping but her color comes out really great when she is relaxed. What a girl!

Thanks! Goblin was a very colorful fella and I think that this female is carrying some very colorful genes. I can only guess what her offspring will look like when mated to exactly the right male.

Thank you all! Rosie is so different from the veileds that I have raised. Her peach color is really great and have no idea what she will look like as an adult. You really have to click on the pic to expand it so you can see the color better. I realize that females just don't stack up against males, but I'm hoping she has great genes. Anyway, I just adore her!

She is starting to respond to me when I feed her in the morning. She loves small supers! She gets 3 and I shake some 1/4" crickets in her cage. I am thinking of switching to 1/2" since she has no trouble with the worms.
