sleeping habits

So both my male and female seem to "get ready for be" about an hour before there lights go off. They go to their sleeping branch, curl up there tail and rest their head on the branch. They dont close there eyes...they just relax there. Is that normal? or should I be turning my lights off an hour early?

My baby panther does that too. I don't know if all chams do that but mine definitely seems to have a "relaxation" period before bed.

mine has been doing this since i got him,i was freaked and posted about it on here.
he still does it but all else seems fine.
