Sleep deprived chams?

I went to a friends house and asked my dad if he would shut all my chams lights when it's time for their sleepy time. He does this for me often but he forgot last night and I got home at about 12:00 PM. Their lights were on so I hurried into the room to turn them off. My female Luna was gaping at me but was her usually green. So I put them to sleep and wake them up this morning and the female is looking and acting like she's hungover. She's got black spots all over and almost refused to eat. I'm not sure if I should have fed her or not so I went off of a gut feeling. My baby Jackson Athena is acting her same she doesn't seem affected. Here's a pic.

UPDATE!!!

I don't handle them often but I did to make sure everything was okay. When I picked up Luna she turned back to her usual green, her eyes aren't sunken and she's hydrated so I put her back onto her stick, she seems better now but i'm not sure if there's anything I should do. Same goes for the little one, Athena, she seems to be doing fine though.
