Skinny cham

My 4-6 month cham (not too sure which) body is like a pencil. Im worried he is too skinny, but I cant tell if he is like that on purpose. I dont see any ribs, so im guessing that means he is a ok weight? He can puff up really big too... Is there any way I can tell if he is under weight??

a picture is worth a thousand words.

is your cham eating? how much are you feeding? daily?
what do you feed your feeders? (crickets roaches etc)

If you post photos of him I can help determine what condition he's in, and can point out how you can tell.

Mainly though, if you can see the bones in their arms, pelvises, and cheeks, this is a malnourished animal. If everything looks ok but the head pads are sunken in, he's ok but could be eating just a little bit more.

Im not home, But I will post a picture in about 4 hours.. I feed him anywhere from 8-15 and I might miss.. 5 feedings at the most a month. I dust with calcium everday, and d3 and multivitamin 2-3 times a month. I feed crickets.

I can see my 3 month old panther chams ribs and bones in his arms but he came like that from Kamouflage Kreations Ive only had him for a little over a week he eats around 10-15 pinheads a day

The ribs are more normal, they puff up and inflate and you can see their ribs, so that's not something I go by when judging weight. If you want, you can post photos as well and we can see how your guy looks. Probably fine though, the Kammers do a great job with their animals. Babies tend to look a little scrawny compared to a few months later.
