Skin Problem on Veiled Chameleon

Our Chameleon has developed a yellowish patch on his face and it looks like a blister. Not are what it is or how to treat it. He has not been eating as much but he has been shedding. I would appreciate any tips or any thoughts on what the blister is or how to treat it. I did put an antibiotic ointment on it tonight.

Could you post some pictures of his whole body? His casque looks very misshapen and small for a male. There is a possibility that he has MBD. Would like to see a picture of his legs. Do you have a uvb light and supplement with calcium??

He did have MBD about 9 months ago we have been dusting his food with calcium and he has done much better. About at the same time the vet recommended we replace his lights and consequently we were sold to strong of a light and he suffered some burns to his head and crest which cause some discoloration. We fixed the bulb once we realized what was happening. He has been much better but recently developed the yellowish blister and has not been eating very well. He is about 1 1/2 years old I've attached another picture of him he did not want to be bothered but this shows him a bit better. He's actually been growing at a pretty steading rate shedding about once a month.
