What size cage would be appropriate for an adult female Graceful chameleon?

i would say a 24 X 24 X 48. You can always go even bigger. Nothing wrong with room to roam!

This is true! But I unfortunately don't have unlimited space. HAHAHA. I'll have to kick my flatmate out so I can use her room as a reptile room. They're so addictive, but so much fun!

You could go 18 x 18 x 36 for a female graceful. Just be sure to make sure its heavily planted and has an auto mister or dripper going off at regular intervals.

Is misting her by hand a few times a day not enough?

I would suggest hand misting and a dripper for a graceful kept in screened enclosure. They like high humidity and cooler temps than a pardalis or a calyptratus. I think your gonna have a hard time keeping it humid enough without an automatic mister or a cool air humidifier aimed at the enclosure. I know some ppl have used large terrariums glass & screen combos to help maintain temps & humidity with these guys. I think Chris Anderson had some in glass enclosures.
