ahhh I'm pretty sure my Panther Cham has Vit A def. constantly scratching his eyes, having hard time shooting his tongue. Won't eat but a few bugs a day. He is only 4 months old but the eye scratching is getting worse. I know his lighting is correct. Basking temp is highest at 95 tops, norm 90. Area around basking temp in the 80's bottom area 70's. Night time temp low 70's. Mistking with a mist King 5 times a day. First three are for 1 min each and the rest are only 20-30 sec. I also have a dripper i use once a day and I use a fogger for a couple hours a day. His poo is clean and urate very white. Poops everyday to everyother day. Doesn't appear to be soupy. Usually it's firm.

Well
His basking Temps at 4 months should only be 85. The only quick fix for vit A deficiency is going to the vet and getting a shot.[/QUOTE ar

e there any brands of vitamins I can get to prevent this in the future or fix it over time?

Yes, any brand with preformed vit A
I read online cod liver oil has the right kind of Vit A. A very small amount rubbed on a cricket per day until the issue decreases. And every two weeks as a preventative. I also noticed little bumps on my new Veiled chameleons rib cage. Is it some sort of buildup?

It's most likely he has broken ribs. But vit A shouldn't be messed with. It can easily be overdosed with, you honestly need a vet to help. When people recommend human vitamins they are tampering with stuff they don't understand.
well I am at the vets with the Panther. The other
