Looking for a regular supplier of (large) silkworms. My panther loves them and I would prefer that that is his main staple insect.
The place I used to order from locally on occasion, is frankly a terrible company to deal with so I would rather give my loyalty business (and money) to someone else who doesn't treat their customers like sh** and go behind my back trying to sell my art while dipping in my pocket. (I will not post a name in this thread, but if you want to know, I will certainly tell you in pm!!)
Another place that I get all my reptile needs from (local store), as much as I love them and pretty much throw them my money, getting silks from there is expensive and a little bit of a hassle (because of their supplier, orders come in ever other week, so if I miss the order date, I'm out for two weeks) and it's just very inconsistent with that. Currently paying $.85 per, and they're more like a small/medium size.
I would like to find someone who ships to canada (or is already in canada and can ship to me in calgary), and doesn't cost me an arm and leg for shipping (and no, I do not want to bulk order eggs, I don't have the patience to watch them grow).
Can someone recommend?
