Silkworm spinning

My silkies are doing great and really starting to get very large. There are some that are now about 3" and have the "wing" pattern on them. You can also start to see their large central vein. Should I separate these out from the rest for them in the feeding cup to start spinning? What's the best way to accomplish this and how do I know when they are ready to start spinning?

Put them in a clean tub with several 2" pieces of cut paper towel rolls. Still feed them as they may not be ready just yet, but you will see them starting to put silk down/onto the area they want to pupate.
